Sri Acharya Ajit Kumar The well known Life Teacher, Motivator, guide and chairman of the NGO VDM INDIA ON THE MOVE. He established this NGO in the year 1993 at Hyderabad as it’s head quarter. His tireless service which started from there has been continued, continuously till now. His NGO is working as four branches currently at different states of our country. They are in Hyderabad, Vishakapatnam, Bengaluru and Jaipur.
Since past thirty years his NGO is working for empowering youth motivating them to achieve their goals towards building their career for brighter future. VDM-IOM conducted many programs on empowering women to prompting their sence of self-worth, their ability to determine their own choices, and their right to influence social changes for themselves and others. VDM-IOM working on improvement of skill development in citizen of our country by giving knowledge of skill building strategy in improving employability, increasing productivity and reducing unemployment by sharing the value wisdom. And also working on clean and green developing patriotism by conducting village reconstruction projects and spreading awareness in cleaning, save water, clean -green, health care, using less plastic products etc…His ambition is building new india.
Sri Acharya Ajit Kumar born and brought up in West Bengal. He completed his formal education in his native. He holds postgraduate digree in management.
He knows to read, write and speak fluently in several languages. He has innumeral followers and they adress him as Guruji. His primary objective is to bring quantum change identity of Indians both in urban and rural areas. He is focusing in the development of spiritual, social and economic outlook on whole india.
Since many years he has been visiting education institutions with great passion and enthusiasm to inspire, encourage motivate the young generation who are the future citizens of our country. He is also visiting corporate organisation in our country and other countries too. He traveled every corner of India and inspired the people of our country by his awesome thoughts and shared his wisdom whatever he had learnt from his teacher and also from his own experiences. Those who inspired by him devoted their lives to good works. Wherever Acharya ji will go some magic will happens, he leaves his foot prints by giving his knowledge and brighten up his followers path.
He motivated 4.13.000 students , trained 35.000 teaching faculties and motivated 84.000 families. He extended his helping hands to educate many poor children. Acharya Ajit ji is a passionate life teacher.
He is very simple and humble personality, loves his country as his mother. He has a dream of on a mission mode to achieve objective of reaching 10.00.000 youth, 5.00.000 families by 2029. Acharya ji believes that at least some of these citizens of our country whom he has trained and motivated will work hard for the progress and prosperity of our country in the upcoming days and he is very confident about his efforts.
His NGO VDM INDIA ON THE MOVE transformed two villages named Dhadeshwar in Karnataka state and one more Veppala Gadda in Andhra Pradesh has changed from economic poverty in to green pasture. His efforts and hard work shown the progress as its result in these remote villages. At present under his leadership THE VDM- IOM is working in more two villages M. Hosalli, Hoskote Taluk in Karnataka and Pendurti in Andhra Pradesh.

Acharya Ajit ji has started his career with Singer Sewing Machine inc. USA. Grew in the same company to the Sr. managment position at the young age of his 30 years. Held important position at Vice-president-opetations in ziza organics a phorma company. Later he took up a very challenging assignment as Sr- Vice-president – Group HR,BSCPL infrastructure Ltd, international presence in Afghanistan, Dubai and Indonesia and also he is associated with various organisations in our country.
Acharya Ajith ji is a rare human being. He has completed his 70 year now. Still he is working for his mission of building new india. He has the tact to invigorate every person who approaches him. He has the agility to surpass the youth. His enthusiasm to build a new India is commendable.
The effort Acharya ji is putting in to marking their dreams come true is exemplary. May his efforts go ahead without any obstacles. As a result of his efforts, one day our country will surely move towards the path of progress.
